Thanks Santa Claus!

 

Il Natale è passato senza nemmeno accorgersene... E' sempre così! Grandi preparativi e poi tutto si consuma nel giro di pochissimo tempo.

In questi giorni di meritata vacanza ho avuto l'opportunità di godere anche di piccole cose, come sorseggiare un aperitivo sotto casa. E del resto cosa c'è di meglio di un bicchiere di vino rosso per combattere il freddo e far tornare il buon umore? ;)

Mi sono vestita in fretta e furia ma non vedevo l'ora di fare qualche scatto con i miei nuovissimi ankle boots di Givenchy, acquistati ieri da Excelsior a Milano in saldo (ne vado molto fiera) e la nuova Chanellina color rosso ciliegia... La adoro!!! Per il resto il mio look è semplice con un tocco newyorkese dato dall'immancabile parka verde militare.

 

Christmas days are gone in a while... So there! Great preparations and at the end it wears out in short time.

During this holiday I've had the opportunity of enjoying the small things like drinking an aperitif near home. And what's better than a glass of red wine to face cold weather and be in a good mood? ;)

I've got ready in a rush but I was looking forward to make some pictures of my new Givenchy ankle boots bought on sale yesterday at Excelsior in Milan (I'm very proud of them) and my new mini cherry red Chanel bag... i just adore it!!!

Overall my look is very simple with a new yorker touch given by the unfailing hunter green parka.

Avendo trascorso la maggior parte della settimana a casa malata, ha deciso di passare il tempo realizzando degli sciccosissimi bracciali con maglia dorata e perle. Brava Simo!!!

Questo Natale niente albero, o almeno... Abitando in una mansarda piccolina avrei avuto non pochi problemi di spazio.
Non mi sono scoraggiata ed ecco a voi la mia proposta decorativa per Natale 2012... Rami di pino e lucine a intermittenza per le finestre del soggiorno, una coperta di pelliccia petit gris che fa tanto inverno e le mie candele profumate a forma di cakes... Le adoro!!! Da Excelsior a Milano potrete trovare un corner dedicato, ce ne sono di tutte le forme e di tutti i colori ;)
Ops dimenticavo... BUON NATALE!!!

No Christmas tree this year, that's why living in a small attic I would have space problems.
I haven't lost heart and here I go with my decorative suggestion for Christmas 2012... Pine branches and blinking lights for living windows, a petit gris fur blanket that enhances a winter atmosphere and my cake scented shaped candles... I just love them! At Excelsior in Milan you can find a corner shop dedicated to these items , there are cake candles in every shape and every color ;)

The collection is inspired by eternal Marilyn Monroe and pays homage to Irving Penn with amazing decorations of giant poppies.
Among different collections of evening bags and clutches presented: Cubiste, Fleur de peau pu, Poudre bag, shades of light from Prismyc collection, "No Secret A Kiss" is my favorite and the craziest. It's a pink acetate clutch with inset lips and golden metal buckle. It has to be mine!

Un weekend in Piemonte per festeggiare l'arrivo del Natale e per allontanarsi dal caos e dalla frenesia della città.

Per l'occasione ho optato per un look comodo, il mio nuovo gilet di volpe e il bracciale anni '40 di Demaldè hanno donato un tocco eccentrico alla mia mise total black. I guantini in pelle nera sono un acquisto online fatto sul sito Ines Gloves (http://www.inesgloves.com/) lo scorso anno, per niente caldi ma molto rock ;) Che ve ne pare?

Non è ancora finita la stagione invernale che le Bayley, le nuove sneakers del celebre marchio francese sono già sold out.
Anche per la prossima primavera-estate si punta sulla mitica suola rialzata che rende slanciate le più piccoline (me compresa); un mix di materiali e il dettaglio di una stella applicata fanno sì che le Bayley siano già un must have.
Un pò Isabel Marant, un pò Converse all Star, un pò Golden Goose? Chissà... Quel che è certo è che sono già introvabili!

Spread your wings with Smart For Jeremy by Jeremy Scott

Cosa accomuna lo stilista Jeremy Scott e Smart Fortwo Electric Drive?
Una collaborazione sensazionale, un'unione che ha portato alla nascita Smart EV For Jeremy, una show car in edizione speciale che potrebbe raggiungere la produzione in serie già a partire dal 2013.
L'eccentrico designer americano, conosciuto per le sue collezioni originali e alle volte eccessive, ha dato vita, in collaborazione con il gruppo Daimler-Mercedes, a un  modello futuristico: una Smart con un bel paio d'ali, da sempre elemento distintivo ed indiscusso delle creazioni marchiate Jeremy Scott, sistemate sul lato “B”.
Non una semplice joint venture ma, piuttosto, un vero e proprio processo creativo che ha coinvolto ogni aspetto della vettura.
Non solo abbinamenti cromatici, scelta dei materiali e design degli interni ma, piuttosto, una vera e propria rivoluzione che ha coinvolto anche aspetti (la stessa carrozzeria) solitamente poco “considerati” da stilisti e designer impegnati in sfide di questo tipo. 
Il risultato è una citycar ecologica (il motore elettrico le permette di circolare senza emissioni anche nelle centralissime e rinomate vie dello shopping), ricca di dettagli, finiture di gran pregio, grintosa e sbarazzina.
Vedendo le immagini ho pensato che non mi dispiacerebbe trasformare la Smart di mia madre in una For Jeremy: un giusto connubio tra stile e originalità. Di certo non passerei inosservata per le vie di Milano e poi, se qualche ausiliario del traffico dovesse cercare di farmi la multa, potrei sempre… Spiccare il volo!

Animalier, grafismi, barocco e rococò... Ci sono stili che stagionalmente vengono riproposti da stilisti e designers tanto da diventare dei capisaldi nel mondo della moda.
Lo stile opulento e rinascimentale mi ha sempre affascinato, l'importante è non esagerare: a look carichi di ricami dorati, tessuti broccati e damascati è sempre bene abbinare capi sobri, in bianco o nero per evitare di essere eccessivi.
Anche quest'anno il neo rococò è protagonista delle sfilate. Ho pensato quindi di proporvi capi ed accessori che vengono direttamente dal mio guardaroba, acquisti fatti qualche anno fa ma intramontabili... Cosa mai nasconderà il vostro armadio?

For this reason it's better to mix golden embellishements and embroideries, brocade and damask clothing with white or black sober clothes, just to avoid eccessive looks.
Even this year Neo-rococo has a leading role on catwalks. That's why I show you some outfits and accessories from my wardrobe, purchases made some years ago but timeless in my opinion... And what will your closet hide?
